SELECTION PROCESS
How It Works
- Submit a nomination (self-nominations welcome).
- Submissions are reviewed by the Women’s Quarterly editorial board.
- Approved honorees from around the world are featured within the official 40 Over 40 archive inside Women’s Quarterly.
- Forty U.S.-based honorees are selected annually for the official editorial class.
Selections are based on impact, leadership, and measurable business contribution.
